At Corbett Dream Destination, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth booking experience. However, please note that safari and resort bookings are subject to strict rules set by the Uttarakhand Forest Department and respective service providers. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

🦌 Safari Bookings

• All safari permits are issued directly by the Forest Department of Uttarakhand Government.
• Once a permit has been booked and confirmed, it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified, under any circumstances.
• Requests for change of date, time, zone, or vehicle are not entertained after the permit is issued.

🏨 Resort / Hotel Bookings

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in date for eligibility of a refund.
• If cancellation is made between 15 to 30 days prior to check-in, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days of check-in date.
• In case of a "no-show" or early departure, no refund will be issued.

🌦️ Unforeseen Circumstances

• Corbett Dream Destination is not responsible for cancellations due to natural calamities, weather conditions, government orders, strikes, or any situation beyond our control.
• If the Uttarakhand government cancels or suspends safari operations, only the safari booking amount (excluding processing charges, GST, and service fees) may be refunded, subject to government refund policies.

💳 Refund Process

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment, after deduction of applicable service charges and taxes.
